My name is Kineret Rubin, a wife, a proud mother of three, and a detail-driven professional with a strong background in finance, law, and property management.
I’m a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney abroad, with over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations.
I served as Chief Financial Officer for a large Israeli company for eight years and, for the past six years, I have been the Director of Treasury at a publicly traded company located in San Diego.
Alongside my corporate career, I have successfully managed Airbnb properties, bringing the same level of precision, transparency, and care to property management as I do to finance.
I take pride in presenting complex financial and operational data in a clear and transparent way that helps clients easily understand the full picture of their investment. I believe that numbers tell a story, you just need to know how to tell it.
My goal is to make property ownership effortless and rewarding, with clear communication, professional management, and full transparency.
I’m Laura Bekerman — a neuroscientist and artist by training and a hospitality professional at heart. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, I’ve managed complex projects from concept to completion, developing the precision, organization, and analytical mindset that now define my approach to property management.
My journey into vacation rentals began with my own mountain cabin, which quickly became a guest favorite for its comfort, thoughtful design, and seamless guest experience. As a Superhost and Premier Host with consistent 5-star reviews, my property has earned Airbnb’s Golden Guest Favorite distinction and ranks among the top 1% of homes — a reflection of my commitment to excellence and genuine care for every stay.

Laura, you were a wonderful Host. Your place was just beyond what we expected! Everything worked!!! Everything was labeled and in place. The beds were comfortable. The entire place was so clean.. we loved the projector tv outside and the game room was so much fun! We had our 4 and 6 year old grands and they just loved it all including the bunk beds

Laura's house is AMAZING!!! The location feels private but is very close to Dahlonega and other fun places. The landscaping is beautiful. The house is itself was perfect for our needs and had fabulous amenities. The beds were comfy, the living space was great, and the hot tub and game room were wonderful. Laura was one of the best hosts I've ever worked with! She is responsive, friendly, kind, and proactive. I will definitely be back!

Laura's place is a GEM. It's secluded and still close to the Dahlonega downtown. The best point for us was the backyard, grill and firepit. We had such a fun time in the game room as well. The whole experience was perfect. Laura is a perfect host and was always responsive. We will certainly be back.
